Forget the Penthouse — Vampires Want Level B5: The Rise of Deep-Zone Living

View doesn't matter — shade does. While humans dream of river-view penthouses, vampires see an endless battle with the sun. A new real-estate shift emerges: Deep-Zone living, premium bunker-apartments located at B3–B5.

Known as the "Deep-Zone," this new residential trend refers to luxury bunker-style apartments located three to five floors underground. Tailored specifically to the vampire preference for sunless environments, these spaces utilize state-of-the-art climate control and dehumidification technologies to deliver the ultimate experience in "pitch-black luxury."

The vampire-only residence 〈The Cave〉 sold out instantly. Instead of windows, residents customize LED wall-scenery panels — midnight cityscapes, rainy alleys, lunar landscapes — on demand, 24/7.

Residents say “Humans hate lower floors. For us, they’re prime real estate.” No blackout curtains, no sun hazard, no daytime noise. Just silence and safety.

Developers call it the next vampire luxury market. “With surface real-estate saturated, underground residential-mall complexes may become the next elite district for nocturnal citizens,” one industry spokesperson claims.
