Since you are likely fully aware of the dangers by now, today, instead of grandiose warnings, I intend to deliver a concrete action manual on "So, how should we live?" If you were about to habitually start your day with caffeine, put down that cup for a moment and check this routine first.

[4-Step Health Routine for Survival in Modern Society]

1. Essential Blood Intake (Mandatory 2-3 times a week)
The surest method of survival is replenishing your fundamental fuel. Supply depleted nutrients by consuming high-quality blood at least 2 to 3 times a week. If this is not prioritized, all other routines are meaningless.

2. Supplementary Hydration & Nutrient Intake
If circumstances do not allow for sufficient blood intake, you must at least replenish water and electrolytes. This is an essential process to prevent nerve hypersensitivity upon starting your day and to quickly "reboot" dulled senses. Utilizing human vitamins or magnesium as a supplement is also a wise method.

3. Waking Stretching (5 Minutes in the Coffin)
Do not rise immediately upon opening your eyes. You need a warm-up to slowly loosen the muscles around your fingertips, toes, and spine while still in your coffin or bed. These 5 minutes of preheating a body stiffened by long rest will determine your condition for tonight.

4. Make Every Meal a Quality One
The final point to emphasize is the "quality" of your meal. Simply filling a void should never be the goal. Do not forget the fact that what you consume determines your physical balance.
