Vampire Health Column #2: The Impact of Blood Deficiency on Our Bodies

Greetings, VAMPIRE NOW readers. In the last column, we discussed the sweet temptation of caffeine. Today, continuing on that thread, I'd like to share some knowledge on a slightly more serious topic: "The impact of blood deficiency on our bodies."

Today's topic is "Health Red Flags Sent by Your Body: Never Ignore Them."

Living mingled within human society, I fully understand the fear of being caught consuming blood, or simply putting off our instinctual meals because we've become too accustomed to the human way of life.

However, please remember: if you ignore the signals your body sends due to blood deficiency, it can lead not just to simple fatigue, but to a permanent decline in our unique senses and regenerative abilities.

If you do not consume enough blood, physical changes appear first. The once-sharp sensation in your fingertips and toes becomes dull, and your skin loses its elasticity, going beyond mere paleness. Above all, the most distinct signal is "Diminished Resilience." When essential nutrients are not supplied, our bodies stop cell regeneration to conserve energy. As a result, even small wounds do not heal well, and you feel a chill that seeps into your very bones. This is the most urgent distress signal your body sends to maintain its life force.

The mental impact is also critical. When the energy source to the brain is insufficient, concentration drops, decision-making slows, and a deep lethargy sets in. For us, who need astute judgment every moment in human society, this state can become a fatal weakness: a "decline in social adaptability."

At this point, many rely on coffee to overcome this lethargy. However, consuming caffeine instead of blood—our essential nutrient—only results in side effects such as excessive heart rate, blood flow imbalance, and hypersensitivity.

So, what should we do? The key is to consume blood regularly and combine it with "regular physical exercise" and "supplementary hydration."

When slowly waking up in your coffin, frequently move your stiff fingertips and toes to stretch. And no matter how busy you are, you must maintain a habit of consuming high-quality blood at least 2 to 3 times a week. Only by protecting your basal metabolic rate in this way can you maintain your senses and physical health, while living safely and perfectly within human society.

In the next column, we will discuss in detail "Escaping Caffeine Dependence," a struggle many of you face, and specific "Recovery Routines" to overcome it.

Tonight, do not miss the small signals your body is sending. The longer you live, the more small habits make a big difference.
