Unauthorized Transformation: A Human Made into a Vampire? Could This Be a Plot to Take Over Human Society?

Suspicions have arisen that the recent vampire escape, which shocked vampire society, was motivated by an attempt to turn a human into a vampire. They are said to have been plotting to turn a human into a vampire without official authorization, but the scheme was uncovered at the crime scene just before execution.
